Versatile automatic line for automatic assembly and testing of more than 15 alternative product models that can be set by “recipe.” At the customer request, in order to contain the investment, some collaborative stations were retained and designed for future upgrade with anthropomorphs. At the collaborative stations, the operator is guided by on-screen instructions with pick-to-light system; the continuation of the process is constrained according to Poka Yoke logic with a total quality perspective. Product handling during assembly is done in a single carousel by means of antistatic pallets along all stages of production to the upload area of the operating software and total functional testing of the entire production. At the end of the line, approved products are marked and individually packaged automatically.
