SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGIES

The best industrial automation systems and technologies and production lines can be found at Asolmec in Treviso

ASSEMBLY LINES

Assembly lines are a series of automated stations designed consecutively to perform control and assembly operations in order to produce complex items.

Items to be produced go from one station to another and in relation to each of them are subjected to several operations.

The benefit of using assembly lines is to create optimal sequences for each processing segment, creating perfect artifacts.

ROBOTIC ISLANDS

Asolmec’s robotic islands offer the ability to perform more complex processes on a single machine, capable of assembling and testing multiple products at a time through the implementation of service to the robot via pallets, vibrators, rotary tables or automated warehouses.

MACHINES FOR CUSTOMISED AUTOMATION

Automation is essential for managing and accelerate productive process through which the company operates.

Starting from the specific customers’ needs and the reference context, we design and create industrial automations to improve performance, optimizing and speeding up production processes by using the latest mechanical, electronic and IT technologies.

Automating production release resources and reduces production time, ensuring an amortization of investments in the short term.

Automating repetitive processes allow staff to focus on the most critical or value-added phases.

Ultrasound cutting and welding for industrial automation

We develop solutions for ultrasound cutting and welding in single equipment or industrial automation lines.

There are different ultrasound technologies that allow to execute precise cuttings and welding of cutting edges. Our work consisted in selection and implementation of the appropriate technology in customised automation systems.

We provide our customer a team of engineers, designers, mechanicals and assemblers: experienced professionals able to find the efficient solution, combined the best technologies in the global market.

ULTRASOUND TECHNOLOGY FOR AUTOMOTIVE AND MEDICAL SECTOR

We offer a specific know-how in the development of ultrasound cutting and welding solutions.

One of the largest areas of application is the automotive sector. Over the years we have been developing ultrasound solutions applied in the production processes of:

  • air supply system
  • fuel supply system
  • engine energy management
  • engine and transmission
  • braking systems
  • passenger compartment and body

REVAMPING

An efficient and modern machine is necessary to increase production and flexibility in any production line! Through revamping operations, we are able to remould and modernize industrial equipment, even complex ones, in order to extend their lifecycle within the production process.

Thanks to our workers skills, we are able to make obsolete machinery and industrial automation systems efficient and productive again, thus being able to increase production without completely changing the equipment.

Revamping allows to gain different advantages, such as:

  • increase productivity and equipment performance
  • increase staff safety
  • Improve production line quality and flexibility
  • Reduce production costs

Furthermore, the restore of existing industrial equipment is generally cheaper than a completely new project, with the added advantage to been able to achieve an optimal overall result.

INTERCONNECTION 4.0

For more than 20 years, all Asolmec automations have been interconnected to management systems, communicating with the company’s integrated systems with custom-designed processes; operators can remotely receive and send data to the machinery, having the ability to view the status and performance of automated processing in real time at all times.
