The experience gained over the years allowed us to meet different companies that operate in the household appliance sector. Here it is a solution we proposed. 

Goal: automatization of an assembly process performed by 8 workers, in order to increase the time production and decrease workload. 

An Italian multinational company which deals with the production of household appliances needed to automate an assembly process, which was previously carried out by 8 workers, both to increase the time production and to decrease workload.

The component concerned is a set of 2 main sub-components and 37 auxiliary sub-components. It was extremely important for the customer to respect precise tolerances and achieve fast cycle times suited with the type of product. Asolmec was able to guarantee an efficient, precise and high-performance assembly, at the end of which the finished product is packed by the robot and unloaded by a worker in the robotic island.
