A project on electronic sector, followed by Asolmec Treviso. 

Goal: design and production of a testing and assembly line of an electronic product for the global market.

Asolmec, a well-established supplier to a U.S. multinational company for more than 20 years, was commissioned to design and manufacture an electronic product testing and assembly line for the world market. The product consists of a top cover and a bottom cover, inside which electronic boards and other pre-assembled components are housed. 

The handling of the product inside the line, which is about 13 m long, is done through BOSCH pallets. The product is then moved from station to station, which may be automatic or semi-automatic, where assembly takes place. In the collaborative stations, the operator is guided through lighted signal displays. In the final part of the line, the product is fully tested, marked and packed, all automatically.
