We tell you an industrial automation example for the food industry sector, developed by us of Asolmec.
Goal: having a machine able to pre-cut coconut without damaging the inside part to facilitate the consumption.
A customer, a major importer of exotic fruits in Italy, needed to pre-cut coconuts, without damaging the inside, to facilitate buyers when consuming the coconuts.
The automation in question has since been replicated several times by Asolmec, culminating in a complete line with automatic loading and unloading to meet the ever-increasing demand for pre-cut nuts.
